VHC Workflow Privacy Notice

VHC Workflow is a private marketing planning tool operated by Vintage Hearts Club. It helps the store owner create and organize content drafts, image prompts, destination links, and production briefs.

Current status: VHC Workflow is not connected to Pinterest. It does not receive or store Pinterest access tokens, boards, Pins, or analytics. Pinterest-related information currently shown in the workspace is locally created planning or demonstration data, not information retrieved from a Pinterest account.

Planned Pinterest integration: VHC Workflow is not currently connected to Pinterest, and Pinterest OAuth is disabled. Before enabling a connection, Vintage Hearts Club will verify how the connector handles authorization credentials and disconnection, and update this notice to describe the implemented process.

If enabled, the intended functions are to view boards, review Pin performance, and create Pins only from drafts individually approved by the store owner. Pinterest API responses will be used for the immediate requested operation only. VHC Workflow will not save those responses or related Pinterest board, Pin, ID, or organic analytics data in its database, caches, or application logs. Disconnecting will stop further API requests. VHC Workflow will not delete boards or Pins from Pinterest.
